
Are there any warranties for my stroller?
Dorel Juvenile Group warrants its products
to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal
household use and service for one year following date of
purchase for most products. Some of our products have extended
warranties. This warranty shall not apply to damages arising
from neglect, accidental damage, or commercial use of the
product. This is a limited warranty. Liability for consequential
property damage is expressly excluded. Proof of purchase is
required. To make a claim under this warranty, you must contact
Dorel Juvenile Group’s Consumer Relations Department at

How do I clean my stroller?
You can spot clean the seat pad with cold
water and mild soap. Air dry. Periodically check for loose
screws, worn parts, torn material or loose stitching. Tighten or
replace parts as needed.

How can I remove the canopy on my stroller?
The canopy can be unclipped from each side
of the frame. Conversely, it can be clipped back into place on
each side of the frame. The height of the canopy may be adjusted
by sliding it up and down the frame.

How can I get the wheels on my stroller to stop squeaking?
It may be necessary to lubricate your
wheels with Vaseline from time to time in order to prevent them
from squeaking.

What is the weight limit of my stroller?
The weight limit on the Buzz™ stroller
is 50 lbs, and the Zapp™ stroller is 40 lbs.

Where can I find the model number on my stroller?
The model number is located on the frame
of the stroller just above the rear wheels.
